Shipping & returns
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch and is available across serviceable pin codes in India. Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,999; otherwise a ₹99 shipping fee applies.
Returns
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To arrange a return, write to hello@evanadecor.com with your order number and a brief note. Items that have been lit or used cannot be returned.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and product so we can make it right.
